Feeling anxious, low or stretched too thin? You don't have to work it out on your own.
I'm Jesse Tremblay, an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist. I offer CBT-based therapy online, so you can have sessions from home, work or wherever you are in the UK or abroad.

Anxiety and panic: when worry won't switch off, or panic attacks start shaping your day.
Depression and low mood: when everything feels like an effort and the fog won't lift.
Stress and burnout: when work pressure is costing you your sleep, health or relationships.
Sleep problems: when your mind stays on guard at night.
Weight and emotional eating: when you know what to eat, but the old habits keep coming back.
Couples therapy: when you keep having the same argument and want to find a way through.
Get in touch. Send a short message about what's going on. I usually reply the same day.
First session. We talk about what you're facing and what you'd like to change, and agree a plan together.
Regular sessions. 50-minute video sessions at times that fit around your life. You leave each one with practical tools to use between sessions.
I've worked in mental health since 2004 and qualified as a psychologist in 2010, working with a wide range of short- and long-term psychological difficulties through one-to-one therapy and therapeutic groups. My practice, Live Well Consulting, is now fully online, so I can work with clients across London, the UK and abroad.
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, with close attention to how relationships shape our wellbeing. I believe therapy works best as a genuine partnership, at a pace that feels right for you, and that wellbeing comes from looking after mind and body together: a life where your values are your compass and your sense of purpose is your map.
