Online therapy, wherever you are

Getting help shouldn't depend on being able to cross London at the same time every week.

All my sessions take place by secure video. You get the same experienced, registered psychologist you'd see in a consulting room, without the commute, the waiting room or the time off work.

Who online therapy suits

  • Busy professionals who can't spare two hours for a one-hour appointment

  • Parents who need sessions to fit around school runs and bedtimes

  • People who travel often and want continuity wherever they are

  • English speakers living abroad who want a UK-trained therapist who shares their language and culture

  • Anyone who feels more at ease talking from their own space

Does it work as well as face to face?

For most people, yes. CBT in particular works well online, because it is structured, practical and collaborative. Many clients find it easier to open up from somewhere familiar.

What you'll need

  • A private, quiet space where you won't be overheard

  • A laptop, tablet or phone with a camera and a stable internet connection

  • Zoom (or another platform if you prefer), with a link sent before each session

Before we start

For your safety, I'll ask for your address during sessions, an emergency contact and your GP's details. Sessions are paid in advance.
