You've kept going for so long that "tired" has become normal.
High-pressure, competitive work can be rewarding, but it can also quietly take over. You might be sleeping badly, snapping at people you love, struggling to concentrate, or dreading Monday from Saturday afternoon. Some people only notice burnout when their body forces them to stop.
We'll look at what's driving the pressure: workload and environment, but also the expectations you hold yourself to, the difficulty saying no, and the habits that leave no room to recover. Using CBT and a coaching approach, you'll build ways to manage stress, set boundaries and make decisions from a clearer place.
Not everyone who comes to me is struggling. Some want to think more clearly about a career change, build confidence, or take back control of their direction. In coaching, I won't tell you what to do. I'll ask the questions that help you find your own answers, then help you act on them.
